Founded in 2009, The Zen Bar began as a passionate quest to bring authentic, handcrafted bakery goods to Atlanta's historic Sweet Auburn neighborhood. Our founder, inspired by classic European techniques and Southern hospitality, created a space where community and quality converge.
Every morning at 4 AM, our bakers begin the meticulous process of crafting sourdough, laminating croissants, and shaping baguettes—using only locally sourced, organic ingredients. The result? A sensory experience that honors tradition while embracing the present moment.
